Ebay system errors

eBay's system has been making several errors in the last few month. The latest error was when purchasing a shipping label I received the error "System Processing error, please try again." I did got a label and attached to the outgoing order. Then when I check the payout status I noticed I had been charged for 2 shipping labels. eBay says not their problem. You have to wait 14 to 21 days. When I originally reported the error to Customer Service I was told it would be 2 to 3 days before the refund would be issued. eBay now is taking no responsibility for their system errors. I have been a member for over 25 years. I am strongly considering leaving as I do not deal with organizations that do not take responsibility for their errors.

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.

ebay's web site has consistently become laden with errors over the past few months. Yet, they take no responsibility those known admitted errors. I have been a member of ebay for 25 years, in the last year or so they have consistently gone down hill.
