I sell sports cards and can't seem to get the standard price for eBay standard shipping envelopes,,it was 84 cents for a 6x8 now it's showing like 3.81 for a label...has the printing prices changed ??

The lower price is for the ebay Standard Envelope. The higher one is if you ship as a First Class Package.
