Ebay says not enough balace but money has been collected item stil listed and not in purchase list

Hello

I bought an item for $304 dollars but got a message saying Please try a diferent card or check my balance.

I did check my balance and the amount was collected but the item doesn't show in my purchase list, it still listed .

what can i do at this point. can i just whait? For how long? Or there is something else that i can do.
