We can probably help you with your issue but we need more information about the problem.

 

If there is an issue with a transaction, we need to know :

 

The date you purchased the item, and the last estimated delivery date for it to arrive.

Did you receive the package yet?

If there was tracking that has a Delivered scan but you did not receive anything.

If you received the item was it as described?

Have you contacted the seller?  Have they replied, if so what did they say?

Have you opened an Item Not Recieved (INR) dispute or an Item Not As Described one?

If you opened a dispute how long since you did that.  Did the seller reply?

 

The only thing you cannot tell us is the seller's username.

 

We Mentors are all very experienced buyers and sellers who probably know more about ebay's policies than their customer service reps do. We give out accurate information even when we have to give someone bad news.
