Ebay's CALLS never reach me.

Ebays calls NEVER reach me.   They have the right number.   My phone works.  It isn't set to be silent.  Why are they screwing me over?

I've got a problem with a return.   The seller sent me a pdf with Indian postsge

  Local post office wont accept it.   I'm in the US.  Ebay doesnt offer an option to step in.   They see only the pdf with Indian postage in their system.

Some things that can cause problems getting a call back: a phone number outside of North America; VOIP phone numbers; spam blockers (yours or your provider's).
