Ebay reporting system not working

Search Buck Pro Knife, there are 4 listings from same seller for the same product . A Counterfeit Buck 110. They are all over Wish, for $17, don't know if that's there source, but there flipping them here for 5x that, AND not playing by the listing rules

eBay may not take action based on a single uncorroborated report, but if enough independent reports are received -- or if buyers file "not as described" claims -- eBay may take action.

Although you may be able to identify a counterfeit just by looking at a photo, not everyone else can. And eBay is unlikely to simply take your word for it, as you may not actually be a disinterested party, but a seller using a different account to report your competition.

Well, eburtonlab, I guess we will never know. Because the reporting system is down.

Instead of launching personal on someone instead of helping with the issue.

If the "Report item" link is not working for you with a particular item -- giving you an error or not populating the reporting categories for you to choose -- then try another browser to see if that makes a difference.

Once in a while I run into a listing where the "Report item" gives me an error; in that case you can try opening the same item on ebay.ca and see if you can report the item there. That often works for me and allows a report to be successfully submitted.

My post was not intended as criticism; just pointing out that eBay does not necessarily act based on any single report. Lots of folks assume that the report feature is not working simply because eBay does not remove a listing instantly after a report is submitted.

Well this guy has 5 listings for the same counterfeit product. He added the 5 last night. I had ask him about his product and he unleashed obscenities, and added another listing. He's flouting all the rules  here he is
