Ebay not following stated policies on ShipCover Insurance

According to the Ebay documentation when you purchase ShipCover Insurance during the shipping process:

"You'll receive an email confirming that your shipment is insured, along with your insurance policy number."

I am not sure THAT ever happened.  Though In the past you were able to see on the email that you paid $ for the insurance.  That no longer happens.  No where on the "Your label is ready" email is there any proof of insurance.  ADDITIONALLY it used to print "INSURED" on the label.  Doesnt do that either.  As far as I can tell eBay no longer provides you with ANY PROOF THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED INSURANCE.

Hmmm, wonder why they would do that?

You'll probably have better luck posting on the Shipping Discussion Board if you want responses to this:
