I have Windows 10 with latest Chrome and MS EDGE. However, the messaging system stopped working. When I tried to reply and type something to a customer, it will only let me type one letter then the cursor disappears, and no more typing from the keyboard as if the keyboard is dead. This only happens in Chrome and EDGE. Oddly, Firefox is working perfectly. Anyone else has this problem?
