Ebay messages

Is anyone else having trouble sending messages on ebay?  I can receive messages but cannot send them.

What happens when you try to send a message?

As soon as i push send a little sign comes up and says it cannot send message.

It seems most messages send now

 But the global shipping email would not go.  I was trying to find out if the item arrived in good condition.  I cannot send or receive feedback so i needed to write.  Still cant.  I have had so many problems.  Never did for the first 9 yrs I have been selling.  I thsnk you. Carol
