Ebay dont care with me !!!

I dont know why almost two month ebay not refund my money 909$, they keep my money,i call the customer service but no solution until now ,do you know how can i get my money back

Last time on 24 january i purchase iphone 16 promax from the seller,t after that i massage the seller ,when my item whill shipped ,the seller answer will shipped today,and than the seller said shipped alredy but the tracking is shipped untracked,i ask again the seler ,why the shipped is untracked,and the seller not answer anymore until now,im waiting for 3 days,is not change yet the status,its still shipped untracked ,from there im panic,and i press the options return and refund ,and i wait for 3 days again but is not work,because im still panic my money not refund yet ,im cancel the return and refund ,im thinking my money will refund automaticaly when the item not delivered ,but until now my money they keep,i call the customer service they dont have a solution to refund my money 

i call so many times they dont care about me ,my day is very stress full thingking about this can u help me to get my money back

@inykris-0.   I am sorry that customer service did not inform you that you have to file an official refund request for item not received within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.

 An agent cannot extend the eBay money back guarantee  time limit even if they say they will.  Unfortunately sometimes they say what you want to hear to get a good rating.  

You said you filed a return request then closed it?    You shouldn't file return requests for items that you don't have. 

Once you close a refund request you cannot open another one. 

If you paid using PayPal at checkout you can file a Item Not Received refund request up to 180 days from the date of purchase. 

If you didn't use PayPal then you need to contact your bank or credit card ASAP to file a fraud charge back.

Please please please refund my money i need that money im realy2 stress full thinking this everyday ,or u can send me another iphone ,i need phone for working because my phone is broken ,im working one month and a half to get 900$ 

im exited to buy new phone but i lose my money please send me another iphone 😭😭😭😭

@inykris-0. We are volunteers,  not eBay customer service but we know eBay rules very well.  

I explained your only options to get a refund are PayPal,  or  your debit/ credit card. 

EBay has a 30 day limit on refunds so it's too late to get a refund from eBay.   You still have the options I mentioned and I urge you to take them before it's too late.

Im realy2 sad stressfully now i did not get my money back🤯😭😭😭😫 ,my bank can’t help me also
