Ebay international shipment hasn't arrived. How do I help my buyer get their item?

Shipped an international shipment to an ebay US trans-shipment center on Feb 7.  It was received and ebay transferred it to DHL on Feb 14 for shipment to the UK.  There have been no updates since Feb 14. My buyer is not happy and who can blame him.  Can I get any help from ebay on tracking this shipment down?

Have the buyer go to his Purchase History and click I haven't received it.  ebay should then take care of the buyer, refunding if needed.  You get to keep the payment.
