Purchased a pool cue. Upon receiving i found out the item was defective per manufacturer. Contacted seller whom asked if i wanted to return the item. I replied possetively only to be told that seller found no defects in the item. I couldnt show him a video only still pictures. Ive been a buyer on ebay for a long time. Ebay guarantee right. How can they not protect the consumer? Im not finished with this yet. I was ripped off. This was a gift. Imagine how i felt when the recipiant called and told me. I even took the item to a custom builder and he confirmed that this was clearly a defect from manufacturer ." Joint post off center to butt connection" result cue appears warped. When in fact if one connection is centered and the adjoining connection off center item will appear bent when a straightness test is preformed. This seller is dishonest and ebay is just as guilty. I tried to resolve this 2 days after delivery. I will never shop ebay again and i will have my story out to the public through pod cast or other means. Ebay doesnt respect people on a fixed income. I wonder how the would like my legal council envolved

Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee so you would need to file a Return Request within 30 days of delivery.

I tried all of this. Ebay made their decision in less than 24 hrs. Really? No returns according to seller. So you can sell defective items and not be held accountable
