Ebay gift card error - Says cannot find this card or number

Hello,

I had purchased ebay gift card from Walgreens a while ago. I just scratched  the redemption code (13 digit) from the card, went to check the balance on the card, it gives an error "Oops, we can't find a gift card with that number". Its a $150 gift card.

Please advice/help.

If it has been more than 4 hours since the purchase, then take the card and receipt back to the retail store.  The clerk may not have activated the card correctly.
