eBay Creating Duplicate Labels and I'm Getting Charged for Them

Any idea how to stop the eBay system from automatically creating duplicate shipping labels? I'm a pretty regular seller, and have no reason to create / purchase numerous shipping labels for one sale. This happened last week where I was charged $7.91 four times for one sale, and today I just got charged $3.87 for two labels for the same sale.

I'm doing nothing different when creating a shipping label, so wonder if anyone has any tips to stop this from happening again. Thank you.

I printed labels this afternoon for 2 different sales, and neither one was duplicated.  Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels

Do you see different tracking numbers for one sale?  If so, then click the down-arrow and VOID the duplicated labels.  The USPS.COM will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the labels were never used.
