Ebay cannot verify bank account

Does anyone have input on how I can rectify the issue that Ebay cannot verify my bank account?  Is there a direct email for customer service?

I've messaged with a couple different people and they cannot assist me.  The last one told me to open a new checking account, which is not the solution.

What bank are you using?

If the bank was not in the drop down list, did you try entering the routing and account numbers manually?

My bank was listed. I even entered manually numerous times. Double checked with my bank that I had the correct information and still cannot verify.

What bank are you using?  Some like a Credit Union are problematic.

Make sure you are using your bank's preferred ACH routing number for online deposits, as it often is different than the one preceding your account number on your checks.

Make sure your name is exactly the same on your ebay account as it is on your the bank account. Change the ebay name if needed, you can change it back later.
