Hi all.
Is there such a thing as an eBay authentication guarantee to ensure that the item is 100% authentic? Thanks!

Not an authentication guarantee, in that specific language, but there is the Money Back Guarantee that guarantees that you will receive the item as described. If the seller claims it's authentic, but then when you receive it you discover that it's not authentic, then the MBG provides the process to get a refund.
Some items do go through an authentication process before delivery to the buyer, but I've read complaints on this board about the alleged incompetence of the people performing that authentication.

In my first Reply above, I was behind the times. eBay does call something an Authenticity Guarantee. You can read about it at this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/selling-tools/ebay-authenticity-guarantee?id=4644 It's what I was talking about in my second paragraph, but I wasn't up to speed on the actual title of the program.
