Dear Ebay:
I found the Ebay program/system not working properly on March 1 or 2 , 2025.
When searching for an item using the individual 12 digit number I found the Ebay program/system responding erratically.
This was tested multiple times to verify it was not my hardware or something else.
Either the Ebay program/system does or does not find the item when searching using the Ebay assigned 12 digit item number. Sometimes it would find the item directly and other times the system would display "No exact matches found."
Using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge did not make any difference in the response, in both cases the Ebay response was erratic.
Also, whether I was or was not signed in made no difference, in both cases the Ebay response was erratic.
I would appreciate it if this also could also be corrected as soon as possible.
Otherwise it just makes it more difficult to find items of interest on Ebay.
