An item was late being received. I pointed this out. The seller responded a bit late, but explained that there was personal issue, and was checking into it. A day later, for no actual reason, EBAY does a Refund. I want item, not refund. Ebay's "automated" support, doesn't help. It said it "agreed" with refund. Except I DIDN'T ask for a refund. I was inquiring on the mailing delay. No EBAY live support is available, and even if I did get to them, I expect a drone wouldn't understand the concern.

If you reported to ebay that you had not received the item, and the seller did not provide a tracking number showing the item was Delivered, if the seller does not upload the tracking number, or issue a full refund, then ebay will refund your payment. ebay cannot force the seller to ship.
