Sadly we all know the damage the Ebay authenticity group has done to vintage jewelry sellers. The upcoming issue is going to be thousands of disappointed buyers due to late jewelry gifts.
Sellers ship jewelry to the Authenticator (1 -3 days), they examine (2 days), they ship (2 days). This places clients at December 18-20th as the last day to get jewelry gifts that will arrive on time for the holidays.
I asked ebay if they would notify customers and Parker from leadership said they would not and that customers "should already know".
Once again this program should have started in 2023 at an incremental pace to work out the bugs and not Q4 and noone has any idea what is going on. literally no one.
