I have been utilizing eBay since 1999 or 2000.
Many things have changed over that span of time. Often, I didn't always agree except that eBay endeavored to protect the Buyer.
As both a Seller and a Buyer, a Top Rated Plus seller, I might add, I am super-pleased that eBay changes regularly to suit the needs of Both who understand and READ the eBay User Agreements and it's amendments.
In this current age of on-line shopping and selling, eBay is the ONLY resource I utilize because I am ALWAYS protected because I read and understand the User Agreement (and it's amendments,) and endeavor to stay on top of any new changes that eBay makes.
As eBay Users, we are ALL in this Together!
