Duplicate shipping label

I printed 2 shipping labels by accident, my customer has received her order and I can seem to get a refund on the extra shipping label, I've tried several times to cancel it and I'm not able to, what can I do?

If the 2 shipping labels have different tracking numbers, you have 28 days to do the following:

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label.

The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.
