Somehow an item I shipped wound up with the shipping charge being paid twice. Is there any way to recoup this, or has it just gone into the 'machine' never to be seen adain?
Go to the shipping center and see if you got charge to two labels or double charged for a single one. If there was a second unused label and it within five days void the label.
