Hi,
I’m setting up a seller account for dropshipping, and I’m having an issue with the Payment Options. My dropshipper wants “PayPal:Immediate pay” for their site, but I can’t see how to set that up. Once I set the correct option on Ebay, it’s supposed to sync with this option to my dropshipper. Do you know how I can set this up?

You will need to create all of your listings using the fixed price format. Do not use Best Offer. Once you do that you can specify Immediate Payment Required.

"Immediate Payment Required" means the buyer can not click "buy" and put the item in their cart for a combined checkout later. Instead the buyer must pay for this single item immediately. So the buy-button will lead directly to checkout.
Previously, immediate payment was processed by a PayPal account, and a PayPal email address was required to enable the option. Now that all new US sellers are moved into Managed Payments, PayPal is no longer the processor of payments to sellers. Instead, immediate payment goes to eBay's Managed Payments.
You would generally select "immediate payment" when creating a listing. You could also set up business policies, where a payment policy would set "immediate payment". Since I don't know how your dropshipper is hooking into your account, I don't have much more to offer.
If you are located in the US, you will need to ask your dropshipper if you need to do anything differently for eBay's Managed Payments.

Your account will have nothing to do with PayPal, so I'm not sure if what you're dropshipper is asking will work. "Immediate Payment" does not mean that you will be paid immediately, it means that the buyer must pay immediately, you will be paid in about 4 business days. You will have to attach a credit card to your PayPal account so that your dropshipper can be paid.
