I cannot find a communications channel for general feedback about how international shipping works.
In the last few months, a substantially larger proportion of items sent from the UK to my address in Poland have vanished in the post. This suggests that there is a general shipping problem which had not existed in previous years. Is there a way to draw this to the attention of eBay so that they can investigate? It might be information worth making available to sellers who offer international shipping.
