Double shipping label

Recently I tried to print a shipping label. Nothing showed up on my screen to print so I repeated the steps. The next day I noticed I was billed for both shipping labels. I was on vacation so I thought I would fix it when I returned. Now I see that we only have 5 days to delete a USPS shipping label printed through Ebay. 

So am I stuck and if so we got my money since I never printed the first label?

Yes, you must VOID the label within 5 days of printing.  The USPS will not refund labels past 5 days.

Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for
reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader.  Now try opening and printing your shipping
label.
