Double charged shipping label

Hello I was charged twice for shipping label of my most recent sale although I cancelled the old label because it did not send me a QR code.

If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

Wow, how will I know that the refund was processed? Will it be sent to my Ebay account and Ebay will issue it to me afterwards? Thanks for helping
