Did you mean:

Double charge

I have been charged twice for the shipping label today because my phone would not upload the image.  Had to print it off on the desk top computer.

How do I get one of the charges cancelled when I can’t talk to anyone on the phone.

Re: Double charge

Ebay doesn't charge anything to reprint a shipping labels you have previously purchased.

Did you make a mistake and purchased another one when you got on your Desk Top?  Or did you just reprint it?

Re: Double charge

I had to hit purchase label on my desktop computer to download it.  My bank acct. shows to charges for the same amount within four minutes of each for eBay.

my bank says it has to wait till it is no longer pending to dispute the charge.

I was hoping to just talk to someone to correct this mistake on my part.

Re: Double charge

That is why you got charged twice, you purchased the label twice.  That is exactly why you were charged the second time.  It was because you repurchased the label.  It isn't advisable to dispute the charge or it will likely affect the item you shipped.

It sounds like you used the second label on the package.  Make sure that is 100% accurate.  You can void the first one that you did not use in Ebay.  But this is time sensitive, so you need to do is very soon.

FYI, you did NOT have to purchase the label again to print it on your Desktop.  You just didn't see the option to reprint the existing label or didn't go to the right place to do it, but you do not have to repurchase the label.

Re: Double charge

Thanks, I just voided the first that did not download.  Greatly appreciated!  I’m not real computer savvy.

@cerdlr787

You don't need to talk to anyone.

If you see 2 separate charges for 2 separate labels/tracking, then Void the label you didn't use for a refund.

Must be voided within 5 days, refund takes 15-21 days.

  1. Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
  2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
  3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
  4. Select Void shipping label.
