I'm really confused and think the problem is that I have two different accounts under my name. I can make an order using my Android phone but when I try to check status on my desktop it comes up with another account. How do I contact a human to resolve this conflict?

Make sure you are signed in to the same account on both devices, then use that account for future purchases.
To keep track of previous purchases you must sign in to whichever account was used to make that purchase.
