Does including a link to a repair shop violate a listing policy ?

I have included a link to a repair shop in one of my listings.  Does this violate the listing policy on buying/selling outside of eBay?  I included it so the buyer can easily have the item repaired professionally.  The link has nothing to do with either buying or selling the item - it's only a recommendation on where it can be shipped for repairs.

Here is a link (no pun intended) to the eBay Help Pages on adding Links to listings ... the short answer is no, they are not permitted:  Links policy | eBay

Yes, that would make sense since it violates eBay Policy.
