Does eBay block items from showing up?

I was looking for items in a charity store in UK, and they just didn't show up? I knew they were there because I had seen them earlier when bidding on another auction by same seller. Also when I clicked on their auction that I lost, below where it shows "other like items" it showed 5 of their listings. When I go to their store however I cannot find them, I tried looking under category, shop all, and search items using many search words I found on the actual listings that was linked below the list auction. Not a single one would come up, but if I clicked through the link it was still up and running. Finally I noticed that where I clicked "see all" auctions it shows 1k, however when I scroll through the all listings it stops at 573, so over 400 missing!?!? I then clicked another sellers link I had below the lost auction, and when I went to that store tried the same; search words,  category, and see all, same issue! Not even the listing I had clicked through to get there would come up under see all. Also that store had 423 items listed and when it got to the 112th listing there were no more.

I have seen the notice on the listing form that states something about list all eBay sites,may cost extra at eBay uk, but I don't see how that would make listings disappear from a store even if they weren't given in results; which both of these were anyway.

Please help I am pulling my hair out wondering how this may be also affecting my own sales which have dramatically dropped off and I am getting very few views on them. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I tried to contact eBay but I am stuck in a stupid ai loop,I think they have either gotten a stupider version or have tightened the algorithm, because I have tried about 20 different options and can't get through to a person. I would think eBay would be interested in something that is hurting their wallet, and this situation must be, not to mention everyone else's if it is widespread.

Many factors can affect the visibility of international listings. Not all items have shipping specified to every country; some categories may not be shipped through EIS; there may be import or export restrictions on certain items. Sometimes sellers change their shipping options, and listings may no longer appear after that.

Some things you can try:

Try changing your Item location from "default" to "worldwide". Default may not show listings that take longer to arrive or have to go through customs. Worldwide may show more results from overseas. This is easier to do when searching or using the seller's "items for sale" link on the seller's feedback page, compared to simply looking at a store where filter options may be limited.

You can also try signing in to ebay.co.uk if the seller is listing on that site. If you search using a UK address to calculate shipping, you may see additional items that do not ship to the US, though you will not be able to buy them unless you change your shipping address or work out something with the seller prior to purchase.
