This is not an unusual problem.
Do you mean your last name is different, like your maiden name? If not, I don't understand what documents don't have your last name.
If they are in your maiden name, you need to get them updated so that all of your IDs and your bank account have the same name.
Then you will need to ask customer service how to proceed.
