Do neutrals stay forever

I only have 2 neutrals out of 1.1k sales , I left kind responses, one is over a year old as of March 6, 2024, I been waiting for that 2 neutrals to go to one , I understand the feedback stays way on down the tail end  but does the strike mark drop after a year , and do I need to action to get it done since it’s been over a year? @rodrod

Feedbacks do not go away...ever.

After 12 months from when they were received, the neutrals & negative feedback will not show in the feedback ratings box.

This is what it says above the feedback ratings box: "This table shows the number of positive, neutral, and negative overall Feedback ratings the member has received in the last 12 months."
