A customer disputed a charge with their credit card saying the product did not arrive but it is in transit.
Ebay allows me to counter it by showing proof of delivery but I cant since it did not arrive yet since it is in transit. Shall I send the proof of shipping (receipt). It says I only have one chance so what shall I do? Do I have a short time limit for action? Thank you!
