I ordered a security mailbox on Feb 23rd. The sellers message said it would be a few days before order processed. After the time expired I messaged them and they said product was on it's way but could not provide tracking #. A week passed and it never arrived and the seller apologized and said they would be shipping product soon. I then opened a case with eBay and the seller asked me to close it and they would give me a refund. I told them I would close it once I received refund. After 4 days they provided me with a tracking # of an item coming to my town but it ended up at a different address. The UPS picture on the proof of delivery showed a box that was too small to be my item on a doorstep I've never seen. eBay closed the case based on this wrong tracking #. I reached out to the seller explaining that the tracking # was for another package to another address and they responded that I should receive my item in a week but provided no tracking information. I can't find a way to speak to an eBay rep as the virtual assistant has limited my choices to options that don't reflect my situation.
