You don't.
Message the buyer and explain that you can not change the address, so you will cancel their purchase and relist the item. Then they can buy it again with the correct address.
Make sure the message came from the ID of your buyer. Then cancel as problem with buyer's address.

I did that once and it was a nightmare cause the buyer didn’t understand what to do . I thought there was an easier way

The easier way makes it a little too easy for scammers to get free stuff by pretending to be your buyer, or else by buying and requesting a change of address, then filing an "item not received" case, which the seller will lose because tracking does not show delivery to the address that came with the payment.

EDITED:
Just curious. Did you get an eBay message from the buyer or a Notification from eBay? The rules are a little different if the buyer asks to cancel an order during the One Hour Cancelation window.
ADDED:
Read the information below. It's what eBay instructs a buyer to do. And, this is the easier way.
Changing your shipping details after a purchase:
"If they haven’t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to ask the seller to cancel the transaction, then repurchase the item with the correct shipping address.
If you made your purchase in the last hour, you can ask the seller to cancel the order, by selecting the 'Cancel order' button"
