Ive been experiencing this for weeks. Multiple discussions with ebay CS. Nothing has happened.
I have to write in the descriptions on my mobile app and then submit from there.
I had a son in law who also sold on ebay and was...shocker....suspended for lousy business practices. But i have nothing to do with him nor him me but i was suspended for a couple days till i actually got through to someone about it. I dont sell anything like his stuff nor vice versa. So ebay lifted all my restrictions eventually but this is still hanging on.
When I looked here before other people where experiencing this same issue. So how did anyone else get it fixed? Thanks for any info.

When an account is suspended for any reason, all other accounts associated with the suspended account is also suspended. So if you use the same computer or have logged into the other's computer to log in, then the accounts are associated. ebay will suspend the associated accounts so the suspended account will not be able to use the other accounts to list items and bypass the suspension.

It's not clear what the issue is - you can write your listing descriptions but when you submit the listing the description is wiped out or blank?
But you can write & submit the descriptions with the app - is that what's happening?
I don't see what the other suspension would have to do with this - appears to be an unrelated tech issue.

Thank you for responding
but I am not sure if he ever logged in to my account Eventually after a couple days i found out what the situation was. but we sell nothing like each other. but it is not surprising to me at least that he was suspended.
But anyway it was calling for tecIhnical support that I found out that I was suspended. I never got any emails about it. I did get an email that a payment was on hold but i accepted that as I was late on shipping twice so I thought they were slapping my hand.
But it was the fact that I could not submit a new listing that led me to get into technical support. I guess they were sending the notices to the other account. But I dont know. I dont speak to that person.

Yes, I agree it should be a tech issue unless it isn't.
create the listing on the laptop and when i click to post, then the error message about the description being blank would appear on the top of the form. I tried every which way. Now it will save as a draft.
Then I can go into the mobile app, open the draft and write the description and THEN click to post and then the listing is created and active.
I've spoken to eBay CS and they say they will report the issue and someone will get back to me, but that does not happen. It has to do with the restriction if I read what they arent saying correctly.
I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thank You

That is odd that it works from the app but not a PC, usually it's the opposite.
Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies and esp switching browsers on your laptop to see if you get a different result.
Also turn off any browser extensions you may have that could be interfering.
You can also post about this over on the Tech Issues board if you want - members over there may have some suggestions.
