I bought a stereo for my truck F150 Ford from a seller on eBay called accessories-store_ 1 went to a mechanic to have this put in professionally comes to find out some of it doesn’t work because they had defected default reached out to seller seller disrespects on saying what’s your problem explain it to them he said get in contact with the tech did that got no response back out to seller they as well or not responding reach out so I could get another unit sent and put in and send the other one back still got no response. Did not ask for any money back just asked for a new unit so I reach out to eBay. You must’ve reached out to them got two responses they asked me for the paperwork with the order number never respond. Reached out to eBay and close the case. They prolonged it until the timeframe was up have a one-year warranty but that’s useless. Can’t get respond have all messages concerning this radio on my behalf but no response from seller
