Have purchased 2 batteries 6/28/24 and Allstate insurance for the product 1 battery will not take a charge cannot seem to get any help from customer service or any other entity I need to get this resolved seems that I need to talk to a live person or chat with customer service

Sorry but eBay cannot help with this.  The Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from receipt of the item.  This time is long past.  You say you purchased the Allstate insurance so check the email information you received to see how to file a claim with them.
