Hi l have received an item that has been damaged in transit via the global shipping program. I have contacted the seller who cannot help, they say to contact eBay as the problem is due to issues in transit but l can't find a way to contact eBay directly, when l try it gives all sorts of categories but nothing applies to what l am trying to do. It is probably very simple but just can't see how to do it, any help appreciated. Thanks.

Locate the item in your Purchase history, and file an Item Not as Described because it is damaged. The seller then needs to respond that s/he used the Global Shipping Program to ship the item, so ebay should then turn the case over to Pitney Bowes, who handles the GSP.
