When I purchased my Card it was fine... and then it was sent to be Authenticated.
I received it today and it could possibly be damaged. The tamer-proof sealed Card Sleeve is cracked or split right in the middle of the Card. (Photo 1). The Card was fine when I purchased it (Photos 2 & 3).
Has anyone else had similar problems. I just had another card Graded and it was a PSA 9 when I thought for sure it would Grade as a 10. It too was authenticated and possibly damaged or scratched through the process. Another one I received recently looks like there are breads crumbs inside the tamper-proof sealed sleeve. This is a Ridiculous waste if time and travel for these cards. And when you do receive them, you can't even inspect them closely without breaking the tamper-proof seal.

@adirondackcollectibles Immediately file a not as described return request. Arrived Damaged.
You only have THREE days to file a return for trading cards.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason arrived damaged.
Select the return item button on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041&st=
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

Thanks for your help and your information but it is not the Seller's fault and I don't want to return the card either. But when it goes to get Graded, and does not receive a PSA 10, I'll be left wondering if it was because of maybe some possible damage done through the handling of my card while being opened, handled, placed in a new Card Sleeve and sealed. Maybe the Card Sleeve was already damaged before the card was placed inside of it... hopefully and that the damage wasn't done afterward. Because to Crack or Split a Card sleeve, it would have had to have been handled pretty roughly. It is beyond explanation how it could even have been mailed out to me in that condition without a final inspection.

@adirondackcollectibles The seller should not be the one refunding eBay should be refunding you because they are responsible for the shipment from the authenticity center to your home.
I understand not wanting to return a collectible item as a fellow collector. However if you do not take advantage of the eBay money back guarantee now if it turns out that it doesn't grade as high as you anticipated then you will have no recourse through eBay.
I understand this is disappointing.
