DORAL FLORIDA Reshipper / customer filing claim / says hasn't received pkg

USPS Insured with signature,  Tracking shows received April 1st.

Googled the address, and its a global re-shipper agency.

The address shows the suite number and an international customer code

for his business, for shipping intl.   Recipient signature says:  AGENT.

Called the re shipper, and got their answering service 1:30pm their time.

Their hours state they are there until 6pm their time.   I left all the information with

the answering service and requested a call back to verify that they do indeed have his package.

I relayed this information to the buyer, and he states that if he doesnt get his package by Wednesday, he will be filing a chargeback.  Something is definitely fishy here!

Hello mayelbocks_7,

As long as you shipped to the address the Buyer had at checkout, and tracking shows it was delivered to that address, you will be covered by eBay Seller Protections. It sounds like this Buyer used a freight forwarder, which is very common. By using a freight forwarder, however, this Buyer gave us their Buyer Protections under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This Buyer's issue is with the freight forwarder, not you. There is no need for you to contact the freight forwarder. If the Buyer opens an Item Not Received case, you would need to enter the tracking number into the case for eBay to decide in your favor and close the case. If the Buyer files a chargeback, he also voids his Money Back Guarantee. Beyond telling the Buyer he needs to follow up with the freight forwarder, I would stop communicating with them. If they become abusive, you can report their messages.
