DELL computer registration details

peace!
I bought a computer about a year ago.
Now I have a problem, and in order to activate the Dell warranty I need to transfer ownership of the computer to my name.
For this purpose, I need full details of previous owners including name, mailing address, and everything the seller knows is necessary for this. (DELL registration details).
I contacted the seller in messages numerous times, and he just ignores me!!!
How can you help me with this?

But what can I do if the seller does not cooperate with this thing? Isn't this part of the seller's commitment?

@dasi411424   sure, if u did this within ebay's time frame of 30 days instead of 1 year later, again, contact Dell, they should know something going by the serial #
