Where do I go to customize message in client invocies?

Ebay sends the invoice, but you can customize the detailed packing slip that looks like an invoice.  Is that what you want to do?

Yes, I have a custom message on the packing slip but I can't find it or how I put it in there. Any help appreciated. Thank you

Select the "Print packing slip and more" from the left hand drop down menu on the Orders Page. Then click on Customize.
