Customer service phone number

I ordered 2 of the same items from a seller. The seller only ship one item. I’ve contacted the seller and eBay customer service and all I received back is that the item has been delivered. This is not acceptable as an answer to my problem! I only received one item. I ordered two of the same item! Why can I not get assistance with my order!?!?

where is the customer service number to contact eBay to explain exactly my issue?? No one is listening to me Via chat messages or direct responses to the seller. The seller will NOT respond to me!!

If both were ordered together and paid to ship together, open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing item. Seller will send the missing item, or pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
