I sent a customer the wrong record. Customer filed a refund request. Customer is sending the incorrect shipment back and a tracking number has been issued. He wants the correct record not a refund. I would like to mail it to him but am concerned that eBay will issue him a refund for the wrong shipment because a refund was requested. Guess I am trying to understand how this is all going to work out.
Any help would be appreciated.
