You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

Nope, no call back option. After finally reaching an agent (it took 3 hours!) I was told the "live" help becomes disabled when they are receiving too many calls. (Perhaps they wouldn't be receiving so many calls if the website wasn't so horrible.) Asking my question here would not accomplish anything, unless somebody here has admin privileges to re-instate a listing which was wrongfully flagged as "counterfeit" (when it is not) due to their new AI algorithm making an error with my listing. My claim has been escalated so I wait yet some more. This is "service"....
(Late reply due to yet more eBay "ingenuity". No notification of replies to my own post. Brilliant.)
