I sold an item with all details on the posting with pictures clearly showing the item. After the buyer received the items they complied about the condition of the items and wanted a partial refund or return items for full refund. On the posting I indicated seller does not accept returns. I feel the buyer made an impulse purchase and change their mind. What should I do?
