Customer issue

A customer opened a dispute claim. I offered a partial return due to the fact she assumed the product was in the original box.  She excepted the offer and eBay closed the case

It has been weeks since she purchased the item.  Opened the claim without opening the package and inspecting the item.  She opened the claim just because it was not in the original box.  
now she is claiming she just opened the box and says it’s missing parts which is not true.  
I cannot find any where I can get actual help from eBay.  
I am at a loss not sure what to do
