Customer Service Automated System SINKS !

No matter what you type in [ 20 DIFFERENT WAYS - ON THE SAME PROBLEM  ] , it guides you to a bunch of crap you don’t need . This a TOTAL DISSERVICE to sellers .Tried many different ways to get to LIVE customer service for 15 minutes at a time . The system TOTALLY Stinks [ an that’s being nice ] .Very SAD service we get for the fees we PAY [ AS SELLERS ] . When a buyer has a problem an [ trying to help a the buyer ] , Ebay Only this very primitive & outdated automated system . Nobody wants to hear wear of staff either - we pay enough in fees to get LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

2. Request a call back or live chat

( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media

3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
