Create shipping label after a return is closed

As the seller, I was trying a honor a request to return an item and generate a shipping label for the buyer.  I was working on my phone and I must have screwed it up and only offered a "full return".   The return now shows as "closed" and now I don't see anyway to provide a label to the buyer.  Is there a way to do this?

If you (inadvertently) refunded the buyer, you cannot create a return shipping label on Ebay.

Thanks for responding.  I contacted eBay support, and they sent me a label.  The funds have already been released to the buyer, so I've lost the protection that requires the buyer to return the item before getting credit, but I can live with that since I sent him a broken item.
